Weddings, birthdays and private parties: invitations that keep track for you
How private events on Leviticks handle the guest list, RSVPs and the door - so you're not juggling spreadsheets and WhatsApp replies.

Not every event is for the public. For a wedding, a milestone birthday or a company dinner, you want to know exactly who's invited, who's coming, and how many plates to order. That's what private events on Leviticks are for.
Invitation-only, from the start
A private event never appears in Explore or search, and it doesn't sell tickets. Its page only opens for you, your co-hosts, and the guests you've invited - each through their own personal link.
Build the guest list your way
Add guests one at a time, or import the list you already have from a spreadsheet. You can:
- Group guests - "Bride's family", "Office", "Plus-ones" - and filter by group later.
- Allow companions, so one invitation can cover a couple or a family.
- Note seating or tables right on the guest.
Send invitations, track every reply
Send invitations by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Each guest gets a personal link where they reply - attending, maybe or declining - and say how many people are coming with them.
Your dashboard keeps the running totals: how many are invited, how many invitations were delivered, who's attending and the expected headcount, so you know how many to cater for.
Need to update everyone? Select the guests - or everyone matching a filter, like all "Attending" - and send them a message: "The shuttle leaves the church at 1pm."
Sending invitations and messages uses invite units, which you can top up as you go. You'll see what each channel costs, and how many units you have left, before anything is sent.
Bring in help
Planners and family members can help run the list as co-hosts. And if your caterer or venue needs the numbers, share a read-only guest list with them - they'll see who's coming without being able to change anything.
A calm door on the day
Guests who accept get a pass with a QR code. Scan it at the door to check them in, and see in real time who has arrived.
