How do I get paid for tickets I sell?

Buyers pay through Paystack. Add your bank account in your organizer payout settings and your earnings are paid out to it.

Can I host a free event?

Yes. Mark the event as free and guests can register for a ticket without paying. You still get QR check-in and a guest list.

Do my attendees need a Leviticks account?

No. Guests can check out with just their name and email, and their tickets are sent to that email. Having an account lets them keep all their tickets in one place.

How does check-in work?

Every ticket comes with a unique QR code. At the door, scan it from the organizer side of Leviticks and the guest is checked in. A ticket can only be used once.

How does ticket resale work?

You turn resale on for an event or for specific ticket types, set the highest price a ticket can be resold for and when resale closes. Ticket holders who can't make it list their ticket, buyers find it on your event page, and the seller is paid to their bank account once it sells.

Can I run online events?

Yes. Create a virtual event, add the link to your meeting platform and ticket holders get access when they buy.
